FAQ: What should I expect at the Rooted Living Yoga & Wellness Retreat?
You can expect day(s) designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit in a beautiful, nature-rich setting. The retreat weaves together science-backed wellness practices with soul-centered experiences.

FAQ: What should I bring with me to the retreat?
Your comfort and ease are our priority. We recommend bringing a layer at night for both indoor and outdoor activities. Here’s a helpful packing list:

Yoga/fitness wear for movement sessions

Cozy socks and comfortable shoes (sneakers for walking trails and big rides)

A cozy blanket for the bonfire

We’ll provide, nourishing food and Ophema Farms juices for dinner Fri, breakfast and afternoon light bites, and everything you need for the sessions. Just bring yourself, an open heart, and anything that helps you feel comfortable and grounded.
Retreat Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can bring unexpected changes, and we want to be as fair and transparent as possible while also honoring the commitments we make to our venue, facilitators, and partners. Please review our policy below before securing your spot.
Cancellations & Refunds

40+ days before retreat start date: Full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit and processing fees.

31+ days before retreat start date: 50% refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Less than 25 days before retreat start date: No refunds are available.
Transfers & Credits

You may transfer your ticket to another participant up to 7 days prior to the retreat at no extra cost.

In some cases, a credit for a future retreat may be offered at the organizer’s discretion.
