Rooted Energy is an intimate, immersive day created to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself, body, mind, and energy for deep self-care, self-compassion and recentering techniques.
Throughout the day, you’ll experience:
• Rooted Energy + Qigong — Learn to feel into your own Qi, activate and cultivate energy, release what feels stuck, and return to center through intentional movement and breath.
• Nervous System Reset — Explore simple, practical tools to regulate stress, quiet the mind, and shift from doing and reacting into greater ease and presence.
• Pause + Tune In — Slow down with breathwork, healing frequencies and sound, stillness, and time immersed in Quantum Waves Center’s unique energy environment.
